We want you to feel excited and confident with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we can help you out!

Kansas City Kitty does not offer returns for money back, but we do offer exchanges or store credit. No cash, check, or credit refunds will be given.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT OUR BRICK + MORTAR LOCATION

Approval for an exchange/store credit at our brick and mortar must be from an employee in person, solely at the discretion of the Kansas City Kitty employee, based on the quality and state of the item being returned to the store. The customer must have a receipt from the purchase, with no price tags removed and attached to the item in the location they were in when the item was sold, and the approval must be within 14 days of the date of purchase. 

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

For online sales, an exchange/store credit can be made by sending us an email at kckitty@kckitty.com within 21 days of the purchase date and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Please entitle the email subject as "Exchange" or "Store Credit" and provide the following:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Description, and/or photo of the item (with no price tags removed and still attached to the item in the location they were in when the item was sold)
  • The reason for the exchange/store credit, and any other details you'd like to include.

All sales are final for clearance items and items marked down.
