These natural wood earrings are carved to represent the female symbol (also the symbol for Venus).
They are made by women of La Esperanza, meaning hope, an impoverished community on the outskirts of Guatemala City. By working together these women have developed a medical clinic, scholarship & tutoring program, daycare and school.
Crafted from recycled Granadilla wood and featuring sterling silver ear wires. Wood coloring may vary slightly from the pair pictured.
Measuring 1 3/4" long including ear wire, 5/8" wide, they are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Handmade and fair trade.
Kansas City Kitty began as a dream. A dream to create a space that is welcoming to all.
A space that gives our customers a relaxed, fun & open-hearted shopping experience.
In 2002 this dream became a reality and Kansas City Kitty opened its doors with one goal in mind- to offer a space that welcomes everyone & to support unique craftsmanship.
Since then, the shop has continued to stay true to its originality.
Kansas City Kitty offers affordable clothing, accessories and gifts for all ages, and a little bit of quirkiness to boot.
Thank you for all of your support!
